Notably, she served as the Head of Policy at the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges for seven years, where she developed influential education and training policies. Since 2020, Johanne has also made significant contributions as the Deputy Chief of Staff at BEIS, focusing on Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy. She is well-known for her exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
