Since retiring from cricket, Ebony Rainford-Brent has made significant strides in her career. She became the first director of Women's Cricket at Surrey County Cricket Club and has also ventured into broadcasting as a pundit and broadcaster for the BBC flagship radio programme, Test Match Special. Notably, she is one of the first female expert summarisers to commentate on men's international cricket matches.

Ebony's accomplishments have inspired many who have followed her career or listened to her speeches. Additionally, she hosts a popular fortnightly motivational podcast titled 'The Art of Success'.

In 2015, Ebony returned to Surrey County Cricket Club after being appointed as their first Director of Women's Cricket. She also serves as an ambassador for Beyond Sport and chairs ACE programmes newly formed charity in 2020.
