Communications Leadership Public Speaking
Alina has spent 21 years with the BBC as a broadcaster and presenter across news and weather. She has used her skills as a journalist to help thousands of global clients improve their communication through having more meaningful conversations, developing their questioning and listening skills and building trust. With many years of experience in front of the camera and the microphone, Alina is also keen to help clients with their mindset and personal impact as well as being more assertive.
Alina has recently worked with the CFO of a UK bank, the MD of a global supermarket chain and the VP of Manufacturing for a major aerospace company. Following on from her 121 coaching sessions, the global supermarket chain has worked closely with Alina to create a bespoke training programme on Leadership Behaviours for their UK teams, with the potential to roll-out to the US later this year.
